Yahaya Bello, Onoja behind Kogi protesters ordeal- Omoyele Sowore
Omoyele Sowore alleged that Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello and his deputy Edward Onoja are behind the arrest and detention of two Kogi residents for protesting against President Muhammadu buhari government.
Victor Udoka and Emmanuel Larry were arrested last week in Lokoja, Kogi State capital with some banners and other materials while protesting against the current administration.
According to Sowore, one of the protesters was charged with Treasonable Felony thereby denying them bail as both Victor Udoka and Emmanuel Larry are now in Kabba prison.
The human rights activist and politician alleged that judiciary workers in Kogi State colluded with the Kogi State government to send the two protesters to prison after subjecting them to serious torture.
Omoyele Sowore continues to mobilise the youths and his supporters against the policies of the Muhammadu buhari administration despite the federal government slapping several court cases on his neck and the court restricting i
his movement to within Abuja.
