Onyinye Wilfred Ndidi is a Nigerian professional football player who plays for Premier League club Leicester City and the Nigeria national team as a defensive midfielder. He started playing football for the youth team of Ekosodin Stars FC in 2002 and played until 2012. In 2012, he joined the youth team of Nath Boys Academy and played until 2015. On 14 January 2015, he signed for Genk on a €180,000 transfer deal. He made his Belgian Pro League debut for the club on 31 January 2015.
