The director-general of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus Welcomes first grandchild as he took to his Twitter page to announce it.
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus wrote, “New life is a bright light in dark times. Delighted to welcome baby Mia into the world, my first grandchild (granddaughter). Proud grandfather. Reminded of what matters most.”
Tedros is an Ethiopian Biologist who has served as the Director general of the world health organization (WHO) since 2017 and he was the first African to claim the role.
