The man who is 43 years, has just 10% left of his lung capacity and has been on life support machine for over 1 month.

The British pilot was said to have caught the virus in a bar, in Ho Chi Minh City in March.

Vietnam is doing their best to save the life of a British pilot, and the only way his life can be saved, is to transplant lung for him.
