The United State Capitol Building in Washington DC was on Thursday invaded by Pro-Trump supporters who have wanted to prevent the Congress from certifying the Electoral College results, which shown that Joe Biden was the winner of the 2020 presidential election.
Nigerians have reacted to the message, with numerous comments under the tweet posted by the US Mission in Nigeria on its official Twitter handle.
@realDonaldTrump messed up big time…I have been glued to @cnn for the past 72hours …I wish the 25th amendment will be invoked for him to be impeached…he is a disgrace to American democracy….I can’t wait for @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris to be inaugurated and unify Americans

Have you been listening at all? Nigeria has expired. Help the BIAFRANS AND ODUDUWAS go their separate ways away from Nigeria. One Nigeria is an illusion; it does not exist. The peoples are running out of patience. Don’t just sit there in Abuja. Report the truth President Biden.

They should be held accountable, yes. But why the double standards? If the intruders or rioters were members of BLM we will have been shot dead and massacred by now. America should fix its internal schisms pls
