Trump the United States of America’s president has been accused of not putting Obama Hussein’s portrait at the White House.
The tradition which has been in existence for more than 40 years is been violated by President Donald Trump.
According to NBC News, it was revealed that the president is not willing to hang Obama’s portrait in the House and as thus no ceremony will be held for the former president.
Prior now, the current president and the immediate past president of the United States have had an extraordinary contentious relationship, which has hit low in recent days as the president is making allegations that his predecessor has committed some crimes.
According to report, it was made known that the former president doesn’t have interest in attending the ceremony whether been held or not.
For up to four decades, presidents do unveil the portraits of their predecessor in their first term. Barrack Obama did it for George Washington Bush in 2012 when he was sworn in as the United States’ president.
Presently, Trump and Obama are at loggerheads, as the United States president is heavily criticised over his flops concerning the country’s Coronavirus outbreak.
According to report, Obama is generally avoiding limelight since he left the White House.
