Transfer: Is Diego Costa the striker Arsenal need to start scoring again?
Arsenal is linked to former Chelsea and Athletico Madrid striker, Diego Costa following the termination of the Spanish striker by the Spanish giant today.
Diego Costa, who is now a free agent is one of the players Arsenal is looking to add to their attack that has struggled for goals this season. The 32-year-old played for Chelsea between 2014-2017 before rejoining Athletico Madrid in Spain.
The striker is courting interest from teams in China and his native Brazil and it is yet to be known whether Arsenal will make an offer for the striker.
Aubameyang and Lacazette, the two recognised strikers at the north London side are struggling to score goals this season and Diego Costa might be the solution to Arsenal scoring dilemma.
The French and Gabonese strikers have scored a combined seven goals this season in the English Premier League as Arsenal remain 15th in the EPL table.
