“There Is Good Citizen That Can Run Nigeria Well, So buhari Should Go”- Lagos Residents The national protest in Nigeria has taken another tune, as the Nigerian youths no longer seek a Reformation of the Nigerian police force but a government change.
This happened due to the numb attitudinal conduct of the President of the nation, General Muhammad buhari, who turned a defiant ear to the demand of the youths.
The youth had been clamoring that the unit of the Nigerian police force (SARS), who had turned to be a national threat to the citizens, should be canceled totally. Still, the president remains mute on the demands; as the protest is on, several Nigerians have died with numerous property destroyed.
Today, some other places in Lagos state witnessed their own experience of the #EndSars protest. One of such places is Command, a place situated on the outskirts of Lagos state.
The youths trooped out in mass, blocking the main road that leads to AIT, Ikola, and Amikanle axis.
50 minds correspondent Afolabi Murphy interview the residents of command on the ongoing protest, and the residents made a shocking statement that differs from the Nigerians’ main agitations.
Hence, there is a kind of metamorphosis in the agitations, which means has some are chanting songs of the SARS brutalities; some are condemning the government itself.
