The Nigerian Content Science and Technology Innovation Challenge is an entrepreneurship development program. The challenge is aimed at promoting the local development of talents, especially in the science, technology, and content areas.

As part of the government target to meets local technology and content development, The Nigerian Content and Development Management Board (NCDMB) in collaboration with other government (Federal and state) , and private stakeholders as put together The Nigerian Content Science and Technology Innovation Challenge (STIC) to meet this challenge.

The aims of the Nigerian Content Science and Technology Innovation Challenge

• Is to Encourage research and development (R&D) as well as enhance local content development in Nigerian tertiary institutions.
• To facilitate the development of research-based, technologically-driven, innovative and profitable entrepreneurial ventures in the country
•To foster collaboration among tertiary institutions and the private sector for the development of local content.
•To Inspire Nigerian students to embrace and imbibe the culture of critical thinking and R & D.
•To challenge Nigerian students to develop home-grown innovations that support the Nigerian development drive
Position the Nigerian Content and Development Management Board (NCDMB) as a front-runner in  Research and Development among Nigerianencouraging youths and students while also stimulating ideas that can open up development in science, engineering, and technology.

Who Can Apply for The Nigerian Content Science and Technology Innovation Challenge

• Team of 2 students.
• Students must be from the same Accredited Tertiary Institutions
• Students must not be graduating before December 2021
• Students can be from any department in any Nigeria Tertiary Institutions.

• Innovative solution must be financially profitable and create wealth
