The Moment Piers Morgan Walked off Good Morning Britain Set, As Beresford Defends Harry and Meghan
The controversial Harry and Meghan claim of racism in the Royal family claims has thrown the whole of Britain and across the world into a debate about how true this claims could be.
At the center of this debate is Piers Morgan, an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality and a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain who has continued to criticize the couples over their claims.
However, the Morgan has faced heavy criticism for his remarks about Prince Harry and Meghan following the couple’s interview with Oprah Winfrey which was aired in the United State on Sunday 7th of March 2021. In the interview, Meghan revealed she previously had suicidal thoughts due to the abuse she had received when joining the royal family.
Earlier today Morgan walked off the set of the Good Morning Britain set after co-presenter of the programme Alex Beresford defended Harry and Meghan and condemned Piers’ treatment of them in yesterday’s programming.
Piers Morgan decided to walked off the set of Good Morning Britain midway through filming, after Alex Beresford described Morgan’s behaviour as in yesterday programme as ‘pathetic’ and ‘diabolical’.
On yesterday’s episode of Good Morning Britain, Piers Morgan said: “I’m sorry, I don’t believe a word she said, Meghan Markle. I wouldn’t believe it if she read me weather report.”
