The brewery company already planned to dispose a total of 130 million litres of beer due to the fact that there is no more space to store alcohol at it’s facilities.

The reason why South African Brewer disposes thousands of liters of beer, is due to the strict lockdown rules imposed by South African Government.

The plan to contain the spread of the dreaded pandemic has led to the ban in the sale of alcohol, which led to the Brewer unable to move it’s beer to the warehouse to store.

The ban in alcohol and cigarette has led to South Africans differentiating themselves from their cabinet Members.

It has also led to increase in black market. South African Breweries issued a statement saying “the prohibition did not remove the demand but it handed it over to criminals” and if the prohibition continues, more than 2,000 people will lose their jobs and also 75,000 supplies will be affected.

The Lockdown measures imposed by Government officials in many countries, has led to citizens loosing their jobs and it seems the Lockdown is doing more harm than good worldwide.
