Shehu Sani Reacts As Bandits Attack Police Station, Neutralise Policeman In Kaduna State

Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna senator, has confirmed the attack on a police station in Kaduna State by suspected bandits.

The bandits killed a police officer in an attempt to free their detained men from the station.

The incident happened in Marraraban-Jos village on the outskirts of Kaduna State. Sani confirmed this on his Twitter handle on Saturday, 24th of July, 2021. Sani also confirmed that bandits are currently battling with police officers in Niger State.

Banditry is a daily occurrence in the northern part of the country. The criminals are terrorizing harmless civilians by kidnapping them and demanding millions of naira as ransom.

Many school students in Kaduna and Niger States are still with the bandits.

President Muhammadu buhari had earlier ordered the military to flush out bandits from the North West region.

The Nigerian Air Force has also acquired new fighter jets to flush out criminals. The Nigerian Army is also working tirelessly to end banditry in the North East region.
