Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde puts a dent on All Progressives Congress, APC, chieftain Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other Yoruba leaders gunning for 2023 presidency to replace Muhammadu buhari in Aso Rock.
Seyi Makinde says the Yoruba leaders nursing the ambition to replace Muhammadu buhari as the president of Nigeria in 2023 should shelve that ambition first and concentrate on tackling insecurity in the region and achieving the calls for the restructuring of every region.
Seyi Makinde made the statement while handing over 33 operational vehicles and 396 motorcycles to the Amotekun corps, the newly established regional security outfit in the bd to curb insecurity in the region and Nigeria at large.
The Oyo State government continues to give the necessary support to the security personnel in the state since the inception of his administration.
Meanwhile, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is one of the leading politicians to replace President Muhammadu buhari in 2023. The former Lagos State Governor has put plans into motion in his effort to lead this country.
