Nigerians on social media did not take lightly to President Muhammad Buhari’s aide on New Media, Bashir Ahmad tweet describing the ongoing construction of the 2nd Niger bridge in Southeast as a “gift” that will keep the current administration in the minds of millions of Nigerians for years to come.

Apart from the second Niger bridge construction, the administration is linking the country’s rail network together.

It is yet to be unknown whether the current pandemic and economy downturn will affect the ongoing projects in the country.

The pandemic outbreak has seen the price of Crude oil dropped significantly, the country’s major source of revenue.
