Politics: crack in APC as Ganduje’s aide continues his condemnation of buhari Policies
There is a visible crack in the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, as Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje’s aide, Salihu Tanko Yakasai ‘Dawisu’ continues his recent condemnation of President Muhammadu buhari’s policies.
In a number of tweets on his Twitter handle, Salihu Tanko Yakasai condemned the new dollar exchange rate in the country which is at its highest compared to previous administration under PDP.
Dawisu also called out buhari for the federal government failure to commence the groundbreaking of the construction of the Ibadan-Kano railway line in August as promised.
“Dear President @Mbuhari. We were promised that groundbreaking of the Kano-Ibadan rail will commence in August, today Is 31st of August & nothing has been done, with no explanation as to why that is. The year is ending & 2023 is around the corner. We need this project Your Excellency” says Dawisu on his social media handle.
The Ganduje’s aide latest attack on the presidency might not be unconnected with the 2023 election with rumor in some quarters alleging that Ganduje is scheming to be the number two citizen of the country.
The ruling APC has been experiencing some internal crisis in recent months with the sacking of Adams Oshiomole as the party national chairman and the dissolving of the national executive council of the party.
The party levered Yobe State Governor, Buni Mala as the caretaker chairman until the party next congress coming soon.
