Katsina State Governor, Aminu Masari is in joyous mood as he tests drive the two new buses his administration purchase to support the Katsina State Transport Authority.

Aminu Masari took to his social media handle to announce the purchase of the two additional brand new buses to be added to the state transport system fleet.

“For the benefit of our people, the Katsina State Transport Authority has added two additional 18 Seater Toyota buses to its fleet. We are glad that the authority has sustained this tradition. It is also heartwarming to know that hard work and diligence are equally rewarded”, reads a statement from the Katsina State Governor.

Katsina,the home state of President Muhammadu buhari has become the hotbed of banditry and kidnapping under Aminu Masari’s watch. More than 300 school kids were recently kidnapped by bandits and moved to Zamfara state this month before their rescued.

Apart from the kidnapping of the 300 Kankara school kids that were rescued almost a week later, three other kidnappings have occurred in the state again.

Katsina state has become of the most security volatile states in Nigeria in the last five years as bandits now kidnap and kill residents in the state at will.
