“With the recent hike of petrol price in Nigeria to N170 per liter (which adds up to N680 per gallon), it means Nigerians are now paying $1.79 per gallon for petrol (at the exchange rate of N380.5 to a dollar). Well, I just bought petrol here in Atlanta at $1.62 per gallon.

To paraphrase buhari, it makes no sense for petrol to be cheaper in the US, the world’s wealthiest country, than in Nigeria, the world’s poverty capital” says the American based don.
