Moses Omo-Ikirodah Congratulates Burna Boy, Wizkid On Grammy Awards
More reactions keep trailing the Grammy Awards bagged by two Nigerian superstars, Burna Boy and Wizkid in the just concluded 63rd prestigious Grammy awards night held in Los Angeles.
Moses Omo-Ikirodah has described the awards as a celebration for Nigerians and Africans particularly coming at a time the world needs the voices of Africans to be heard.
“I join millions of fans worldwide in congratulating Burna Boy and Wizkid for once again putting Nigeria on the world map of fame, these young superstars have with their voices changed the narrative perceived about Africa.
The award is a victory for every Nigerian and African, may God continue to inspire them as they play their part in putting Africa in the right perceptive for the world to see. Once again congratulations to Burna Boy, congratulations to Wizkid and congratulations to Nigerians it is a long-awaited award”
WizKid and Burna Boy both won awards at the 2021 Grammy awards.
Burna Boy won the Best Global Music Album while Wizkid won his first-ever Grammy Award for his collaboration with Beyonce in the song‘Brown Skin Girl’ off the 2019 album, ‘The Lion King.
