In the video currently trending on the microblog, Twitter shows a Lagos State waste management (Lawma official) who accosted a man asking him to pay 3500 for Lagos State wastebasket.

He said since the vehicle was carrying a Lagos State number plate and register in Lagos, he should be using a Lagos State wastebasket.

Nigerians have reacted to the video and the question people are asking is that does it mean that a car should have 36 wastebaskets in it since it means one state to one wastebasket.
