As the covid-19 pandemic ravage the world, various efforts have been ongoing to produce a vaccine that will end the dreaded pandemic.
Japan played it’s own part by donating $135m to fund the global covid-19 vaccine programme known as COVAX.
The program is aimed at ensuring that enough cure that will go round the world is produced but countries who are engaged in bilateral deals like US are not involved.
Japan’s Effort in finding a cure
Aside the global covid-19 cure programme, Japan is also put putting efforts in place to ensure that they independently produce a cure that will go round the world.
The deadline for the global covid-19 vaccine programme is set to end on the 18th of September.
