The abductors of the Emir of Kajuru,Alhaji Alhassan Adamu and 13 members of his family finally reached out to the family to demand N200M ransom in exchange for the freedom of the Kaduna monarch and his family.

Alhaji Alhassan Adamu and 13 members of his family were kidnapped on Sunday in his residence in Kajuru, Kaduna State.

According to an unnamed chief in the community, the Kajuru kingdom has started negotiating with the kidnappers for the release of their king and his abducted kinsmen.

85-Year-Old Alhaji Alhassan Adamu and his kingdom is the latest victim of kidnapping by bandits which have now taken a new dimension in Kaduna State and other parts of the Northwest.

The second class monarch palace was ransacked with the Kajuru community held hostage as the bandits shoot for hours before they made away with the king and 13 others.
