” I Have Suffered In Life, And I Know What It Means To Say Someone Is Suffering”- Esther Ajayi. In a recent interview with BBC Yoruba, the Nigerian Renowned philanthropist and Founder, Love of Christ Generation Church, C&S, Clapham, London, Revd. Mother Abimbola Esther Ajayi expressed herself powerfully on what suffering meant.
According to her, suffering can cut shot a human life and replaced it with an untimely death.
She said before she became a notable figure, she was once a poor woman that never knows that her life can be meaningful in the future.
She said it was someone that God sent to her before things began to turn around to good for her; that is why she indulged in helping the needy.
She said she never know Babatunde Omidina, i.e., Babasuwe, before she had about his ailment, and she has vowed that anybody that is needed will be her friend.
Hence, that is why she sent for him, and she gave #10million for his treatment. She did the same for Alabi Yellow, who is now late.
She had some agent she will send to any suffering people she heard about, and that person must verify if truly the information she heard about the person is true or false.
If it is confirmed to be accurate, then the necessary measures will be taken.
She spoke further that she would continue to help the needy because the Bible said, ” He whom you’ve determined to help is your brother, take good care of him.”
She later spoke on how she earned her income; she stated that her income comes through tithes, and she also pays her tithes to another body in Christ.
She concluded that one should be courteous in dealing with people anywhere we go, which will help us.
