Below are the Ingredients and Steps on how to prepare this delicacy, So that you can also prepare it in the comfort of your Home.
1. Long grain rice
3. Red Onions
4. Red pepper
5. Tomato paste
6. Groundnut oil
7.Curry Powder and Dried Thyme
8. Salt, Seasoning cube
9 Beef Stock and Ginger, Bay leaves
Step 1: Method: Blend tomatoes, Pepper, onion, ginger together, add enough ginger,enough that you can smell it in the mix
Then Boil the above mixture untill all the water evaporates.
Step 2: Parboil and Wash the rice.
Step 3: Put your pot on heat, Add oil then dice in some onions and fry till its saute.
Add the boiled pepper and tomato mix and allow to fry well in the oil Add seasoning cubes, curry, thyme.
Keep frying it till it turns an orangy color instead of the red color,
Add the previously parboiled rice to the fried stew. Stir and Add your beef stock.
Add Some Bay leaves on the rice also Add water, enough to cover the rice.
