French Football To Start With Fans From July 11, The French Government Said.
As the country strives towards easing the measures imposed to contain the dreaded pandemic, french Football will go on with fans but with a limited number of people according to the Government.
French Football which is to start on July 11, will only allow a maximum of 5,000 fans to watch the match.
Although, it will be increased later as the new season is set to start on August 22.
The French Cup and league cup finals could now be played with spectators and fans will also be able to watch their teams play pre-season friendly match.
The french Government also said, “A further review of the national epidemiological situation will be carried out in mid-July to decide whether a loosening is possible for the second half of August.”
“Subject to a new assessment of the epidemiological situation, the start of the new school year may be marked by further easing of the restrictions.”
The outbreak of the Coronavirus forced the french Football and other sporting activities to stop halfway.
Germany bundesliga, Spanish league and the England’s premier league have all started without fans.
