In fulfillment of the Muhammadu buhari promise to make housing affordable and available for the Nigerian populace, the Federal Government Affordable Home scheme has been launched and Nigerians are advice to key into the affordable housing scheme.
This can be done through the National Social Housing Programme (NSHS), the scheme requires no collateral and it is a low-interest scheme and is a component of the Federal Government National Economic Sustainability Plan. With as little as N2 million, Nigerians can now own a house under the Federal Government affordable home scheme.
According to the Muhammadu buhari administration, the National Social Housing programme (NSHP) is set to deliver 300,000 affordable homes for individuals and groups across all states of the federation including the Federal Capital Territory.
