Exclusive: I started making music just after my graduation as a Biochemist from OOU- Boloqua Keyona
Bologun Oluwatosin ‘Boloqua Keyona‘, an Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State trained Biochemist and rapper revealed that he started making music professional 7 years ago after his graduation during an exclusive interview with 50Minds reporter.
The Ogun State-born Biochemist-turned-entertainer is one of the fastest-growing rappers in Nigeria today with numerous singles to his name and an Extended Play record(EP) that he is set to release in the last quarter of this year.
Boloqua Keyona’s latest single featuring another popular face in the entertainment industry, Lani ,will be released on Monday, 10th of this month.
It will be a double celebration for Boloqua Keyona as he will be a year older the same day his latest single will be available for streaming and download on all major platforms.
The OOU graduate forthcoming single featuring Lani is titled ‘Love Don’t Cost A Thing’. The song is one of the preparatory singles ahead of the release of his EP slated for last quarter of this year.
Apart from singing,the Ijebu-born rapper is an all-round entertainer who is also into stand-up comedy.
“My style of music is relatable to Nigeria’s daily challenges and how to find lasting solutions to them.
The drive for making music topple all other aspects of my career even though i still have other works outside music” says Boloqua Keyona.
Outside music, Bologun Oluwatosin says he relaxed by playing football during his leisure time as it keeps him physically and mentally sharp.
The rapper is happily married and not searching.
