This can be prevented by taking some measures scientists believe around 50% of bowel cancer could be prevented by a healthy lifestyle, eating a high fiber diet, cutoff smoking and alcohol, and regularly indulging in physical exercises. it can be home diagnosed by a home test kit to screen for bowel cancer.
