Everton football club is set to fine Italian forward Moise Kean two-weeks wage worth £160,000 for organizing lockdown party amidst coronavirus pandemic.
The young Italian forward posted the video of the party in a private Snapchat group where it leaked to the media.
The party was at Moise Kean apartment in Cheshire, England.
Kean will be heavily fine according to a report on Star Newspaper.
“Everton are appalled to learn of an incident in which a first-team player ignored Government guidance and club policy in relation to the coronavirus crisis,” read a from the club.
“The club has strongly expressed its disappointment to the player and made it clear that such actions are completely unacceptable”says the Everton football club.
“The amazing people in the NHS deserve the utmost respect for their hard work and sacrifice. The best way to show them respect is by doing everything we can to protect them.”
The teenager striker has just 1goal in 26 appearances for Everton this season.
Moise Kean is attracting interest from Serie A clubs already less than a year after moving to England.
The 20-year-old is struggling to adapt to English football and Everton might decide to sell after the latest incidence.
Moise Kean moved to the EPL last season from Juventus for a deal worth €24M including bonuses.
