“Carry money before you marry your honey”- Reno Omokri advises Men

Popular Nigerian author and activist Reno Omokri has recently advised men who go into marriage without having a source of income or steady income.

According to Reno, he advise Men to have money before going forward to marry the love of their life. He further went ahead to explain that marrying without being financially okay is creating a pact with poverty to be broke.

“Nobody plans to be broke, busted and disgusted. However, when you marry and have kids without a job, or a steady income, you automatically make a pact with poverty to be broke, busted and disgusted. Carry money before you marry your honey” he wrote.

The activist was however asked by a fan about the popular saying of “marriage comes with blessing”.

Reno replied the fan explaining the saying is why people are poor this days.

“This mentality is why people are poor! Marriage comes with RESPONSIBILITIES! Prepare for them, instead of producing babies you can’t cater for, and then you start harassing your relatives and calling them evil when they can’t help” he answered.
