Attorney General of the federation, Abubakar Malami was caught using a cryptocurrency trading application on his phone despite Nigerian government banning cryptocurrency trading. Malami is also using VPN to access Twitter despite ban placed on the platform by the federal government.

Abubakar Malami was caught breaking the law when he posted a picture of him deactivating his Twitter handle on his Facebook page.

The attorney general of the federation has threatened to charge anyone or organisation caught using VPN to access Twitter in Nigeria to court. The powerful attorney has now broken the same law he is part of.

Abubakar Malami is yet to react to the picture that he is trading the now banned cryptocurrency in Nigeria and also used VPN to access Twitter illegally as against the federal government directive.
