buhari Versus Nigeria Youths: Time We Stop Deceiving Ourselves. Some days ago, the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, made a visitation to his home town in Kastina, following the terrorist attack in which over 100 boys were kidnapped. This was actually what inculcated the sudden visit of the president, but most Nigerian youths believe that this happened due to the youths abduction and such an action will result in what I called buhari Versus Nigerian Youths: Time We Stop Deceiving Ourselves.
Why This Topic?
Nigerian is fast becoming a country that is governed by a set of tyrannous leaders. Before the advent of buhari led administration.
Nigerians; especially the youths were chanting “Sey Baba” “Febuhari” and other soteriological words were poured on him because they believed his tenure will be the most favoured in the annal of Nigerian democracy.
Today, buhari believes the Nigerian youths are traducer of democracy through their massive words of condemnations, and instead of him to check what his passing over to citizens nothing of sort was done, instead of this many were killed at lekki during their peace agitations.
After the killings, buhari did not felt the pains of the Nigerian youths.
His national address, shortly after the lekki massacre did not reflect or pass condolences to any Nigerian parent or family whose people died in the massacre.
But here we are today, he left Katsina over the kidnapped boys.
That the Nigerian youths observe is that buhari is full of discrimination, he first exacerbates the discrimination when the coronavirus was on the brink of destroying souls in Nigeria, as a result, all citizens were advised to stay indoor to curb the escalation of the pandemic.
Thus, the Nigerian notable celebrities move the motion of donating money for the needy, and a momentous amount of money was raised, but what ended this donation was that only the Northern part of Nigeria benefitted from the money.
The same discrimination was also detected when he visited Katsina shortly after the abduction of the students. The question is how many places of the deadly event has he visits. In the March 15, explosion that claimed 23 lives, buhari did not make a speech on the deaths of the people whose lives were lost.
The Felele explosions claimed lives and properties, he did not act as if he heard about it.
The lekki massacre claimed lives, he never believed people died there.
How come he is overzealous to visit Katsina this time?
Time We Stop Lying To Ourselves
Its high time we stopped deceiving ourselves, buhari’s government is full of nepotism, discrimination, and unimaginable hardship.
When he first assumed office, within the first three months he said he saved #2.2tn from the ex regime who had looted the economy, but how Nigeria ends up pilling more debts?
Truth has to be told, presently the Nigerian youths believed nothing has been achieved by the government, and such government must remove for a more favourable one to take over. Thus, the Nigerian youths are already bragging that the youth will take over by 2023.
The Only Solution To Sustain APC Integrity
What should be done to sustain APC integrity is the disposition of the present government towards the Nigerians should be base on equity, and all forms of disposition should be abrogated.
