Arsenal football club injury list is growing with first-choice goalkeeper Bernd Leno sustaining seriously looking knee injury after colliding with Brighton and Hove striker, Neal Maupay in today’s premier league fixture.

 

Bernd Leno is the third first-team player for Arsenal to be injured since the league restart on the 17th of this month.

The German goalkeeper is likely out for the rest of the current campaign.

Leno joined Arsenal in 2018 from Bayer Leverkusen and he has 60 appearances to his name already.

He is a mainstay in the Arsenal first team since he joined from the Germany Bundesliga two years ago.

The 28-year-old goalkeeper injury will affect Arsenal campaign this season with Emiliano Martinez replacing the Germany international in the first team.

Emiliano Martinez will likely take charge of the goalkeeping duty at Arsenal for the rest of the season.
