He said racial segregation were made so obvious “when a black man goes for a jog and some folks feel like they can stop and question and shoot him, if he doesn’t submit to their questions”.

There was a time an incident occurred in the United States, when 2 white men shot a black man while he was jogging all in the name of not answering their questions.

Barack Obama told graduates, “If the world’s going to get better, it’s going to be up to you”.
