Aisha Yesufu Reacts as Northern Governors Back Social Media Regulation in Nigeria.

Popular human rights activist, Aisha Yesufu, has reacted to the resolution of the Northern Governors Forum which supports the censorship of social media in Nigeria.

Aisha Yesufu said Northern Governors should focus on the poverty, illiteracy, insecurity, kidnapping killings, street kids in the North.

Aisha Yesufu made this known to the public on her Twitter handle on Tuesday morning. She argued that the problem of the North is not social media but illiteracy, kidnapping, banditry, and terrorism.
