President Muhammadu buhari talk tough over the killing of a former aide to Goodluck Jonathan. Ahmed Gulak was killed today on his way to the airport in Owerri, Imo State capital by unknown gunmen.
The killing of Ahmed Gulak forced President Muhammadu buhari,who was in Ghana to issue a stern warning to those involved in Gulak death.
“Let me warn that nobody or group of people who engages in such despicable acts should expect to go free. We’ll deploy all resources at our disposal to ensure that such callous and criminal elements are brought to justice”,says Muhammadu buhari.
Ahmed Gulak served as special assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan before his defection to APC wherehe chaired the committee that declared Hope Uzodinma as APC candidate in Imo State ahead of the 2019 poll.
The killing of Ahmed Gulak further shows the deteriorating insecurity across Nigeria.
