There is no denying that Nigeria is such A Country Where Money Is Valuable Than Human Lives. The reason is not far fetched; there are unimaginable things happenings in this country that are not good enough for the hearing.
Only in this year alone, no one can tell the accurate numbers of people that have died due to the negligent conduct of the Nigeria government.
Apart from the Boko Haram terrorist group that is bedevilling the Northeastern part of Nigeria, banditry is another cankerworm that has not to been subdued by the government. Still, all the menace are in existence because of the Nigerian government lax attitude.
The explosions that occurred during March 2020 is an example; the Nigerian government which is a patron of NNPC knew the consequences of the bunker which was situated amidst the community where humanity dwells, but never put any amenities that will serve as protection to the people in place; in case of any turpitude experience such as the explosion; no firefighters or gadget in place; until,n the worst began people died like a beast, and no single leaders visited the portion even buhari the president.
As I have said Nigeria is truly a country where money is valuable than human lives. Let take for instance, On October 20, 2020, destructive instruction was given to the Nigerian soldiers and Nigerian youths were killed mercilessly at Lekki tollgate. After the killings, the Nigerian government did not regret the actions of the soldiers, they were fully satisfied as claimed by the minister of information, Lai Muhammad.
What follows afterwards was the mass destruction of properties of some key allies of the Nigerian leaders.
Through this many warehouses were detected and looted, that’s when the desire of our leaders was exposed; during the period a Kogi commissioner of health with the
name Saka Audu was seen weeping while making a speech over the looted commodities, his own is even preferable, in Adamawa state the governor with named Fintiri, gave an ultimatum for the looted commodities to be returned and made a barbaric statement: that any house that the stolen palliatives are found would be demolished.
When I heard all this I was dumbfounded, because no Leader was seen weeping over the brutal killing of the youths at Lekki.
And no leader came out to say that any soldier that is found guilty of the Lekki Massacre will be jailed or killed, and thus all our youth’s death went in vain.
As a result, Nigeria remains A Country Where Money Is Valuable Than Human Lives because the government is ready to destroy anyone who will temper with their rulings. Today, another extrajudicial killing was seen in Rivers state, where a policeman killed a tricyclist over #100, and these killings are always happening in this country, yet no leader as ever stood his or her ground that justice must be served, but they can only weep when commodities were looted. What a shame!
